My journey toward empowering women to embrace their beauty,

Both inside and out, has been a winding one. Growing up in a small rural area, I always had a passion for makeup and hair, but the possibilities of pursuing a career as a makeup artist or hairstylist seemed distant. However, in 1984, the emergence of MAC Cosmetics in global fashion magazines changed everything. It was a Canadian company making waves in the fashion industry worldwide, and suddenly, the dream of becoming a makeup artist became more achievable.

I initially ventured into television broadcasting and even completed a two-year electronic technician program. Yet, I soon realized that neither of these fields aligned with my true calling and passion.

Following my heart, I embarked on a journey to become a hairstylist. It was a decision that not only allowed me to express my artistic side but also witnessed the transformation of my clients’ energy. I observed how, when they liked what they saw in the mirror, these incredible women would stand taller, smile brighter, and radiate joy.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various hair salons and with renowned makeup brands like MAC and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, as well as Sephora. In 2002, during my time in New York, I delved into the world of film and commercial productions. Most recently, I’ve been dedicated to sharing video tutorials and reviews showing makeup and hair tips, with a special focus on enhancing the beauty of women over 50.

My true passion lies in teaching women how to do their own makeup and hair,

empowering them to feel confident every day, not just on special occasions. I believe that this is my purpose in life—to help women recognize and embrace their inner glow.
